Two pools with a slide were fun for kids. Noisy at night from nearby rooms made it hard to sleep. Parking fees add up quickly and can be annoying. The game room offers a nice distraction for downtime.

The pool area was fantastic with a waterslide, great for kids. The noise from the pool activities was quite disruptive during the night. Too many fees for parking and resort costs, which added up quickly. The games room offered fun entertainment options for families. Overall, not the best experience, but still enjoyable.

The pools were HUGE and so much fun! I loved the shallow area for volleyball and basketball, and the deep end was perfect for a refreshing dip. The staff, especially Shwanda, went above and beyond to help – she even got me an adapter! Plus, I slept like a baby on that comfy bed after all the park fun!

I had a rough time at the hotel. The air conditioning was freezing and we couldn't adjust it ourselves, so maintenance had to come repeatedly. Plus, our room wasn't cleaned properly, and basic amenities were missing. Super frustrating!

The room size was generous, offering ample space to relax. The bed was comfortable, providing a good night's sleep after long days at the parks. Temperature control was effective, though the A/C was quite loud. It warmed up nicely after returning from cool evenings. I noticed some moisture near the sliding door, likely from recent storms, but the room was otherwise very clean and fresh. Maid service missed the mark; towels weren't delivered, and communication wasn't clear. Still, the view was lovely, and I appreciated the friendly service from the staff, especially at check-in.

Paid over $300, expecting luxury. Instead, I found a dirty room with a rock-hard bed. AC was outdated and too loud. The pool? Yellowish water and a murky hot tub. Service at the bar was subpar, and the surprise of “we don’t take cash” was frustrating. Isabel’s exceptional service turned my experience around. Early check-in, late checkout, and a complimentary room upgrade showcased genuine hospitality. The pool was a highlight—temp just right for families. Plenty of space, and a fun water slide. Improvements are needed: dust off the decor, address cleanliness, and ensure amenities match expectations. The potential is there; it just needs focus.

Great staff and a lovely clean room with air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and a spacious balcony. Breakfast was decent, especially the fantastic omelette. Security guard CJ was super helpful with my luggage. The fitness centre and spa facilities were nice, but the noise from drag races outside was annoying at night.

Sheraton Orlando Lake Buena Vista Resort boasts a prime location near Disney and plenty of dining options. The staff is exceptionally courteous, making each guest feel valued. The breakfast is delightful, especially the omelette prepared by a chef who truly cares. A great base for your Orlando adventures!

This hotel is ideally situated just minutes from Disney Springs and the major theme parks, making it incredibly convenient for weekend exploration, and I found that there were several great places to eat within a few steps, including Olive Garden, Dunkin', and even fast food options like Pizza Hut and Denny's, meaning I never had to venture far for a meal. The spacious rooms provided a comfortable place to relax after a day of adventure, and the staff were friendly and helpful. there could be some improvements in housekeeping for a more enjoyable stay.

The pools are perfect for kids with a splash area and a waterslide and the breakfast buffet has a solid variety of options including fresh fruit and pastries, plus a little market inside for snacks and drinks, staff were super friendly and helped us with everything we needed
It wasn’t the cheapest option around but worth it for the amenities

The location is fantastic, close to Disney Springs and convenient with a Starbucks and Pizza Hut nearby. Security Guard CJ was a lifesaver, helping me with my luggage due to mobility issues. Celebrating my 66th birthday, Isabella’s upgrade and birthday surprise made my weekend special. the room had maintenance issues—old furnishings and a smelly bathroom detracted from the experience. I faced frustrating delays for towels and unsettling insect encounters, though the staff eventually accommodated me. While the pools were beautiful, the murky hot tub was disappointing. thank you to the kind staff for their efforts!

Treated myself to a rejuvenating spa day. Enjoyed the family-friendly hotel features with fun pools and a games section. Loved my magical stay near the Disney parks with exclusive benefits.
It was a joy to pass by the lovely garbage area when parking.

The kids love the pools and slides. The service from Isabel makes you feel like a VIP, and the flower-filled grounds are stunning.
The dampness in the rooms is pretty annoying.

Upon checking into the Sheraton, I was disappointed to find that there were no hairdryer or sufficient toiletries in our room. We had to wait quite a while for these basic amenities to be delivered, which was frustrating. the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired as we discovered the floor was dirty and it took a couple of days to get housekeeping to come and vacuum. One of the major downsides was the lack of blankets on the bed, and the thinness of the provided one when we asked for it. It didn't provide much warmth at all. we encountered big ants in the room, which was not a pleasant experience. In terms of parking, it was disappointing to learn that there was a charge for parking. It would have been helpful to have been informed of this in advance. the staff at the front desk, especially Julia, were friendly and provided good service. the overall experience was hindered by the issues with the room amenities and cleanliness.

The pool area was fantastic with two pools and two hot tubs, perfect for a relaxing time. The location was ideal, just minutes away from Disney Springs and other attractions. The customer service was outstanding, especially Isabel and Shady at the front desk, who went above and beyond to assist us.
The cleanliness of the pool area left much to be desired. There were debris in the water and the surroundings appeared unkempt.

The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which was a great plus. Being able to order a shuttle to Disney and having a car rental right at the hotel were convenient services. The vast breakfast assortment and free drinks on Saturday added to the enjoyable experience. The pool for kids was a hit with my family, and having laundry facilities on-site was a practical convenience.
The appearance of the facility left much to be desired. The old and decrepit building, lack of maintenance, and cleanliness issues, such as dirty pool walls and jacuzzi, were disappointing.

Our family had a magical experience near Disney Springs, with activities like Dive-In Movies and dance contests. The resort offers upscale amenities and keeps everyone entertained with its variety of family-friendly options.
My wife says that additional family restrooms would be great.

The newly renovated accommodations were lit, and the Dive-In Movies were totally lit! We were chillin' at the pool, vibin' with balloon stomp and dance contests! It was like living the Disney dream without leaving our cozy crib!
The only thing we'd ask for is more lit nighttime vibes for us young party-goers to turn up the volume even more! .

the property was clean and comfortable, and the location was super convenient for getting to disney world and universal studios. plus, they screened disney movies by the pool on friday nights, and the staff served free snacks in the lobby.

I chose to visit Walt Disney World Resort, and Sheraton's trained staff pleasantly surprised me with their robust cleaning and sanitizing program. I loved the open-air Lake Buena Vista restaurant with its innovative cocktails by the fire pit and the relaxing poolside dining at 27 Palms Grill.
Bugs in room, small balcony, and unexpected parking and resort fees.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of value for money and location. The staff were friendly and the facilities were great, including the outdoor heated swimming pool. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel was well maintained. The fact that they allowed dogs without charging a deposit or fee was a huge plus. The hotel's location near Premium outlets and restaurants made it a convenient choice for exploring Orlando beyond the theme parks.
The bar on site was quite overpriced, especially for drinks.

stayed at sheraton in orlando and had a great experience. isabel at the front desk was so friendly and helpful, letting us check in early, check out late, and upgrading our room for free. the pool water temp was perfect, and the location was convenient to disney world, restaurants, and starbucks. the room was spacious with a small balcony, making it a good option after visiting the parks.

The pool and poolside accommodations were excellent. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was also really good and filling. The location is very convenient, close to all the theme parks. The pool and slide were great for the kids.
